Step into a dynamic educational setting supporting speech and language development for elementary students. This contract position offers the chance to work onsite alongside experienced professionals, making a direct impact within a collaborative environment. You’ll have the opportunity to utilize your skills across evaluations, ARDs, and therapeutic interventions while managing a caseload of approximately 60–80 students on a single elementary campus.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active SLPA license required
• Background in a school environment or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to independently conduct assessments and implement therapy under supervision
• Experience with ARDs and documentation for educational settings a plus
• Reliable and organized approach to managing caseload and scheduling

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy to elementary students in group and individual settings
• Conduct and document evaluations in compliance with district and state protocols
• Participate actively in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings with educators and families
• Maintain accurate therapy records and progress notes
• Collaborate with supervising SLP, classroom teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor and report on student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
• Develop and implement therapy materials tailored to individual student needs
