Machine Operator 1st Shift

A manufacturing company in Milford is seeking a dependable Machine Operator to run equipment, monitor production, and ensure quality standards are met. This role requires both hands-on machine operation and basic computer-based tracking.

What You'll Do:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery
• Inspect finished products for quality
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
• Assist with general production tasks as needed
• Enter and update production data in computer systems

Requirements:

• Previous machine operation experience preferred
• Strong basic computer skills required (data entry, navigating systems, logging information)
• Excel experience required (entering data, updating spreadsheets, basic tracking)
• Must be comfortable working with computers as part of daily job duties
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
