CNC Machinist

Company: Ultimate Staffing Position: CNC Machinist Shift: 1st Shift Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview Ultimate Staffing is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist / Drill Master for a 1st Shift opportunity. The ideal candidate will have experience setting up and operating 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines , along with the ability to run CNC tooling, cutter, and grinder equipment. This position requires a strong attention to detail, quality workmanship, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Set up and operate 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines . Perform machine setups, adjustments, and troubleshooting. Run CNC tools, cutters, and grinding machines to produce quality parts. Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings. Monitor machine operations and make necessary offset adjustments. Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met. Change tooling and maintain machine efficiency throughout production runs. Follow all safety and quality procedures. Qualifications Previous CNC machining experience required. Experience with 3-axis and 5-axis machine setup and operation is required. Knowledge of CNC tooling, cutters, and grinder machines. Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
