Shelton, CT 2nd Shift | Monday–Thursday | 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM $20.00 - $24.00/hr. DOE Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

We're seeking a motivated CNC Operator to join a growing manufacturing team on 2nd shift. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 1-2 years of CNC experience or recent graduates of a CNC machining certificate program looking to gain hands-on experience in a production environment.

What You'll Do:

• Operate CNC machines according to production specifications
• Load and unload materials and finished parts
• Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments as needed
• Inspect parts using measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and production documents
• Maintain accurate production records
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company quality and safety procedures

What We're Looking For:

• 1-2 years of CNC operating experience preferred
• Recent CNC certificate program graduates encouraged to apply
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions
• Experience using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
