This role offers an opportunity to work as a Production Technician based in Scarborough, Maine, supporting clients across the state by installing and maintaining products using industrial equipment. You will perform hands-on production and general labor tasks, operate and work with various tools, and contribute to a small, collaborative team. • Operate and work with industrial equipment to install and maintain products for clients throughout the state of Maine.
• Perform general labor and production tasks, including assembly and related duties in a warehouse environment.
• Use hand tools and other equipment safely and effectively to complete installations and maintenance work.
• Handle heavy lifting of 75+ pounds as part of daily tasks, including moving, loading, and positioning products and equipment.
• Support production workflows by assembling components, preparing materials, and ensuring products meet quality standards.
• Travel as needed within Maine to support client installations and maintenance activities, using a company vehicle when required.
• Work 1st shift hours and manage daily tasks to meet production schedules and customer timelines.
• Participate in an on-call rotation approximately once per month to respond to urgent client needs or equipment issues.
• Collaborate closely with a small team to coordinate work, share information, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while working in a non-temperature-controlled tire warehouse.

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand and work with industrial equipment.
• Some experience in an industrial setting, such as production, warehouse, or similar environment.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting of 75+ pounds safely and repeatedly.
• Comfort working with hand tools and performing general labor and assembly tasks.
• Valid Maine driver’s license to support travel to client locations.
• Ability to work 1st shift hours consistently.
• Willingness to be on call approximately once per month.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

• Experience in production, assembly, or general labor roles.
• Comfort working with industrial equipment in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Interest in obtaining certifications related to industrial equipment, production, or maintenance.
• Ability to adapt to changing tasks and priorities in a small-team setting.
• Comfort working in non-temperature-controlled environments.
• Willingness to work in locations such as Scarborough, Gorham, or Lewiston as business needs require.

You will work primarily in a tire warehouse environment with a small team of fewer than 10 workers, fostering close collaboration and strong teamwork. The facility is non-temperature-controlled, so you should be comfortable working in varying seasonal conditions. The role involves daily use of industrial equipment and hand tools, as well as frequent heavy lifting. Work is performed on 1st shift, providing a consistent daytime schedule. The position includes one opening in Gorham and one opening in Lewiston, with work supporting clients throughout Maine. Dress expectations align with a hands-on industrial and warehouse setting, requiring practical, work-appropriate attire suitable for physical tasks and safety requirements.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gorham, ME.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Gorham,ME.
