Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Embark on a rewarding contract assignment as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist supporting students near Eden Prairie, Minnesota for the academic year. Two full-time positions are available to work onsite with an itinerant caseload, serving multiple locations within the district. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on communication skill development and educational success.

Key Qualifications:

• Graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Minnesota state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (see requirements: Professional License, Level 2, 3, or 4)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
• Previous experience with school-aged children, ideally in an itinerant capacity
• Strong knowledge of IEP processes and compliance
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Flexibility to travel between schools within the district as needed

Position Highlights & Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to students with a range of communication disorders
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans in compliance with IEP goals
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor and document student progress, maintaining accurate records
• Participate in team meetings, and contribute to student evaluations and re-evaluations
• Deliver services in a variety of school-based and itinerant settings (100% onsite—no teletherapy)
