Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Nurse Manager | $27–$29/ hr | Monday & Thursday, 9a-7p, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 9a-5p | Temporary to Hire

Job Description

Team1Medical is seeking an organized, compassionate LVN Nurse Manager for a small pediatric clinic in Missouri City. This hands-on role combines patient care with staff coordination to help keep daily clinic operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily clinical workflow, staff assignments, and patient flow.
• Provide nursing care under provider direction, including patient intake, vital signs, and assistance with examinations and procedures.
• Support and train clinical staff while promoting clear communication and teamwork.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and help manage clinical supplies.
• Communicate with parents and caregivers to support a positive patient experience.

 

Qualifications and Requirements

• Active Texas LVN license.
• Previous pediatric or outpatient clinic experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory, lead nurse, or staff training experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Comfortable balancing hands-on patient care with daily clinic coordination.

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
