The ideal candidate will have knowledge of metal roofing systems, strong organizational skills, and the ability to accurately prepare estimates and proposals for commercial and/or residential projects. Responsibilities Review plans, specifications, and project documents Prepare accurate takeoffs and cost estimates for metal roofing projects Communicate with customers and contractors Generate quotations, proposals, and material lists Follow up on bids and maintain customer relationships Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Qualifications Previous estimating experience in the metal roofing industry required Knowledge of standing seam, exposed fastener, and custom metal roofing systems preferred Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings Strong computer and math skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented and self-motivated Metal roofing experience a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Full-time position Supportive team environment Paid holidays and benefits available #J-18808-Ljbffr
