Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose mental health conditions following the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders V (DSM V) standards, ensuring accuracy and empathy in assessment.
• Create thorough treatment plans that adhere to standardized practice guidelines, tailored to meet individual client needs while respecting their unique backgrounds and experiences.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), behavior modification techniques, and brief therapy, to engage clients effectively during therapy sessions.
• Provide guidance and clinical supervision to Mental Health Workers and therapy assistants, fostering their professional development and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
• Collaborate with community professionals to develop cross-system plans that enhance the effectiveness of the treatment provided to clients.
• Conduct crisis interventions by assessing the urgency of clients' needs, offering timely care, and coordinating necessary services to ensure comprehensive support.
• Deliver training sessions and educational workshops on relevant clinical topics to our team members and the broader community, promoting continuous learning and awareness.
• Perform initial client assessments, including the Integrated Biopsychosocial Assessment, to develop appropriate diagnostic formulations and treatment approaches for clients with complex needs.

This role focuses on providing mental health services to a diverse clientele, including mothers, families, and individuals from underrepresented communities. Qualifications

• Ability to manage a substantial caseload while effectively collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in electronic correspondence.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with evidence-based practices, especially in dealing with co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders.

Compensation and Benefits
