Health Information Specialist I

Health Information Clerk

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Health Information (HIM) Clerk to manage, process, and safeguard patient medical records. Working under the HIM Director, you will handle document retrieval, prepping, scanning, filing, and routing while ensuring strict HIPAA compliance in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include processing medical records, retrieving discharged patient records from nursing units, and following up on missing files.
