With comprehensive healthcare services offered for the whole family, it offers a multitude of services in one convenient location including: Family Medicine, Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Podiatry, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Sleep Medicine and onsite Lab and X-ray.\n\n\n Requirements:\n\n Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree;\n Successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program;\n Board certified, or obtain such certification within 3 years of employment;\n Obtain Idaho medical licensure to practice medicine in all its phases;\n Valid controlled substance registration with Idaho Boards of Pharmacy & DEA.\n\n\n Community:The city of Meridian is centrally located in the heart of Treasure Valley and is a short 15-minute drive from the Boise Airport.
