Data Entry Clerk - 1st Shift

Location: Sharonville, OH 45241

Starting Pay: $18/hr

1st Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Summary

The Data Entry position is responsible for providing general administrative support while maintaining accurate and organized records. The role includes entering and verifying information, assisting with payroll verification, maintaining files, and completing various office tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with computer systems and routine administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Perform data entry and verify payroll information for accuracy.
Maintain and organize files and records
Perform clerical duties such as sending email, making copies, scanning documents, etc.
Pull reports as needed
Provide general administrative support and assist with additional office tasks as required.
Occasional weekend overtime may be required

Qualifications

NO FELONY CONVICTIONS IN THE LAST 7 YEARS
NO MISDEMEANOR CONVICTIONS IN THE LAST 2 YEARS
Must be at least 18 years old
Strong attention to detail, reliability
Proficient in Microsoft Office
