Responsibilities

Connect with prospective clients to understand their specific life circumstances and insurance needs.

Educate community members on how various insurance products provide protection for their families and assets.

Draft and present insurance quotes that align with client budgets and risk profiles.

Maintain an active presence in our Chattanooga office to collaborate with our local team.

Provide ongoing support to current clients, ensuring their coverage remains relevant as their lives evolve.

Engage in local networking to grow our agency’s presence in the Tennessee area.

Requirements

Active Property and Casualty Insurance License in Tennessee.

Valid Life and Health Insurance License or ability to obtain one within 90 days.

Demonstrated success in sales or direct client relationship management.

Clear and articulate communication style, both in person and over the phone.

Ability to navigate computer systems and agency management software.

Strong organization skills to manage personal workflows and follow-ups.
