About The Distribution Center Team Bi-Mart’s distribution center, truck shop, and logistics department are located in Eugene, Oregon and provide service to 83 stores located throughout Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. Bi-Mart’s fleet of trucks are maintained by our knowledgeable on‑staff mechanics and are driven by on‑staff drivers with excellent long‑standing safety records. Every distribution center, truck shop, and traffic employee is united in a common goal the movement of merchandise from our distribution center to the stores in an efficient and safe manner. By utilizing logistics and an automated replenishing system, as well as hard work and dedication, these employees meet the needs of the stores and, ultimately, our customers every day. About The Logistics Administrator Position This position supports the effective flow of merchandise into the Distribution Center by managing office, store, and warehouse supply inventories while providing administrative and logistical support for inbound transportation operations. You should apply today if You enjoy being a part of a team working towards a common goal of customer satisfaction You share community-based ideals You are interested in pursuing internal growth within the company Logistics Administrator Requirements Develops and maintains an effective filing system, answers phone for self and back up phone support for the Warehouse Systems Supervisor, helps to provide timely responses to requests, questions and concerns for stores, office personnel and outside contacts. Provides support for booking domestic collect orders; verifies and codes inbound freight bills. Ensures adequate inventory of office supplies. Work with vendors and create purchase orders to meet supply needs. Processes supply invoices. Processes requests for special office supplies. Keeps supply and work area neat and organized. Performs other duties and tasks assigned and directed by the Warehouse Systems Supervisor.
