Client Success Representative

We’re looking for a driven, high-energy problem solvers to fill the role of Client Success Representative with our client in Fort Lauderdale, FL. In this role, you'll not only help customers manage debt resolution, you have the potential to transform lives by helping everyday people regain control of their financial freedom. salary: $20 - $21 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Onboarding & Scheduling : Proactively schedule and guide new clients through the onboarding process, coordinating availability via scheduling software while educating them on product value and benefits.
• Relationship & Retention Management : Foster solid relationships to promote client retention, address concerns, and execute personalized retention strategies for clients considering leaving.
• Issue Resolution : Respond promptly to client inquiries, resolve problems, and coordinate with internal teams to anticipate needs before they escalate.
• CRM & Account Monitoring : Maintain detailed records of client interactions in CRM systems (e.g., Forth) and monitor client file activity, payment schedules, and feedback to identify at-risk accounts.
