Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN)

We are hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN/LPN) for one of our clients in Big Spring, TX . Job Description Provide care for patients manage medication administration and treatments; Provide medication education and complete documentation. Perform computer data entry Receive full training Comply with facility Standard Operating Procedures to meet standards for accrediting agencies; specifically, Joint Commission guidelines, CMS Standards, BSH Policy and Directives and HHSC Standards, Rules and Directives. Requirements Must possess valid LVN license Must comply with HHSC immunization requirements Must submit to HHSC required drug test Must submit to HHSC required fingerprinting Must complete facility and HHSC required training Work Hours Shift timings are 8 Am to 5 Pm, as this is a general shift. Shifts are alternating to meet staffing needs. Every other weekend off. Able to start any day during the week (M-F), given 5 days before start date for processing all pre-employment requirements. 40-hours/week Minimum of 2-3 weeks of on unit mentorship with a seasoned LVN Term of commitment 6 months.
