A leading digital streaming network seeks a Digital Account Specialist, Local Stations to support the execution, optimization, and reporting of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
Digital Account Specialist, Local Stations Responsibilities:
- Manage post-sale execution of digital advertising campaigns, ensuring accurate campaign setup, launch, delivery, and optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance, investigate delivery or reporting issues, and recommend solutions to maximize campaign success and minimize revenue risk.
- Coordinate with Sales, Ad Operations, Yield, Marketing, Finance, and Client Services teams to resolve campaign, billing, and client-related issues.
- Produce, analyze, and troubleshoot campaign performance reports, identifying discrepancies and providing actionable insights.
- Support order management by reviewing campaign details, creative assets, tracking tags, and other requirements to ensure successful execution.
Digital Account Specialist, Local Stations Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in digital media, advertising operations, client services, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, proactive approach.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms, reporting tools, or campaign management systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with ad servers (such as Google Ad Manager or FreeWheel), digital measurement platforms, Salesforce, or Operative is preferred.
- Interest in digital advertising, campaign optimization, and media operations is highly desired.
Shift:
- 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
