Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Location: United Hebrew Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time About Us: United Hebrew is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and help us deliver high-quality healthcare services. Working in a clean, state-of-the-art facility, conveniently located in New Rochelle, you'll enjoy a supportive, professional and skilled management team, providing the tools and teamwork for a successful career. Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments.
- Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Conduct resident assessments and evaluations.
- Educate residents and their families about health conditions and care plans.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
- Valid RN license in New York
- Previous experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting preferred.
- Strong clinical and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and basic computer skills.
