The role offers uncapped earnings tied to clear, fast-ROI outcomes for customers and direct visibility with leadership./ph2What Youll Do/h2ulliYoull drive new business through targeting enterprise accounts./liliYoull own the strategy around negotiating and closing prospects in complex sales cycles./liliYou will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their unique communication needs, and effectively presenting and selling Zellos solutions to address those needs./liliYoull work closely with Zellos customer and solutions teams to discover clients needs, outline how Zello could function in their environment, and run proof-of-concept trials to prove out Zellos capabilities./liliYou will consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets./li/ulh2Who You Are/h2ulliYou have 5 + years of technology solution-based selling to enterprise accounts./liliYou view each conversation as an opportunity to explain and demonstrate Zellos value./liliYoure self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently./liliYou exhibit exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, which allow you to establish credibility and rapport with C-level executives and other decision-makers./liliYou are comfortable presenting complex solutions to technical and non-technical audiences./liliYou demonstrate strong communication skills and act with competitive urgency when following up with prospects./liliYou have worked cross functionally with sales engineering, product, and development to meet customer needs./liliYou have experience selling software or hardware products that support the frontline worker./liliYou have a strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, procurement processes, and complex deal structures./liliYou are willing to travel as needed to represent Zello at client sites and events./liliYou have a 4-year college degree./li/ulpWe hire for potential, passion for our mission, and a knack for solving difficult problems over checking every qualification box.
