Days Left: 26 days, 3 hours left Apply Client: Banking Finance Job Title: Customer Service Representative Location: Phoenix, AZ 85027 //Jacksonville, FL 32256 // Pennington, NJ 08534 Job duration: 12 months ( Possible Extension/Conversion ) Pay Rate: ($20 - $21) on an hourly basis. Tentative Start Date: 09/08/2026 Training Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST. Once training is completed, candidates move to their assigned permanent schedule. Available Weekend Shifts (EST): The role supports weekend coverage, with schedules such as:
- Tuesday-Saturday: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
- Tuesday-Saturday: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
- Sunday-Thursday: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
- Sunday-Thursday: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
- Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- You'll primarily handle inbound customer calls, helping clients with their banking and brokerage account questions while providing excellent customer service.
- Answer inbound customer calls related to Bank accounts.
- Account balance inquiries
- Account maintenance and updates
- Online banking navigation and login assistance
- Transaction research
- General banking and brokerage questions
- Provide accurate and complete information during the first call whenever possible.
- Authenticate customers according to company policies before discussing account information.
- Identify potential fraud or risks and escalate when necessary.
- Navigate multiple internal systems simultaneously while speaking with customers.
- Document customer interactions accurately.
- Deliver a positive customer experience and help improve customers' financial lives.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (Required)
- Previous call center experience is highly preferred.
- Comfortable working with multiple computer applications simultaneously.
- Good computer literacy.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent verbal communication.
- Strong grammar and professional communication.
- Customer service mindset.
- Ability to de-escalate upset customers.
