Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous school-based OT experience preferred
• Proficient in evaluation, assessment, and implementing IEPs
• Collaborative, with strong communication skills to partner with teachers, staff, and families
• Skilled in developing and adapting activities and environments to support student participation
• Ability to maintain accurate records and progress notes

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy services to students
• Conduct assessments and contribute to multidisciplinary team evaluations
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals tailored to each student’s needs
• Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to adapt classroom materials and strategies
• Educate staff and families on techniques to foster independence and participation
• Maintain detailed documentation on student progress and intervention outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide clear, professional recommendations
