Key Responsibilities:

- Manage budgets, resources, and project timelines to ensure efficient operations.
- Supervise and support program staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with clinical leaders, administrators, and external partners to enhance program outcomes.
- Monitor program performance through data and quality metrics; implement improvements as needed.
- Prepare reports and present updates to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Support strategic planning and explore opportunities for expanding healthcare services.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 5-10 years of experience in healthcare management, program management, or clinical operations.
- Strong leadership, organization, and strategic planning skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and quality improvement practices.
- Experience with budgeting, staff supervision, and cross-department collaboration.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Competitive hourly pay ranging from $45 to $50 per hour.
