Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic School Age Teacher to join our team in Villa Rica, GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for school-age children before and after school hours. This role involves planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic School Age Teacher to join our team in Villa Rica, GA. This role involves planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement engaging lesson plans and activities tailored to school-age children.
- Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
- Encourage positive social interactions and foster a supportive classroom environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and daily activities.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones.
- Collaborate with other staff members to support program goals and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Previous experience working with school-age children in an educational or childcare setting.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and age-appropriate practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain upon hire.
