Entry-Level Accounting Specialist Fast paced, fun role in an office filled with laughter

Accounting Position

Fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door with a company that is rapidly expanding and is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year. This brand-new position was created due to continued growth and offers you the opportunity to become an expert in the industry while working alongside an incredibly fun group of people. You'll work directly with the Controller and become a valuable member of the accounting team, taking ownership of customer billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent role for someone who is down to earth, detailed, and loves being busy as you work under a Controller who is a CPA who will mentor and push you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable in an incredibly timely fashion with a strong attention to detail
• Generate invoices, troubleshoot discrepancies, and partner with customers on a daily basis to ensure payments are received
• Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and reliable follow-up
• Support the overall accounting function with accuracy, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement

This role is ideal for an entry level person with an accounting/finance/business degree or someone that just has a knack for numbers who's eager to apply what they've learned in a real-world setting.
