In this critical role, youll ensure accurate revenue distribution by meticulously analyzing complex land contracts, title opinions, and leases. Youll be instrumental in creating and maintaining revenue decks, resolving ownership issues, and ensuring compliance with regulations, all while serving as a key point of contact for our valued royalty and working interest owners. If you possess a sharp eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a proven background in Appalachian Basin division orders, this is a fantastic opportunity to directly impact our financial accuracy and owner relations./ppThis is a hybrid position based out of our Morgantown, West Virginia, office. Youll be expected to work in the office three days a week./ppWhat You Will Be Doing:/pulliConduct detailed analysis of title opinions, leases, joint operating agreements and other land contracts to determine record title and contractual ownership for calculation of interest and distribution of revenues; identify curative necessary to resolve ownership issues./liliCreate and maintain revenue and joint interest billing decks./liliHandle owner relations calls and emails and communicate with royalty and working interest owners regarding ownership./liliResearch legal suspense items./liliEnsure compliance with state and federal regulations related to division orders./liliCreate and maintain digital land files./liliGenerate reports as requested./li/ulpYour Background:/pulliBachelors degree preferred; relevant work experience may be substituted./lili3+ years of division order experience specific to the Appalachian Basin./liliStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel./liliAbility to meet specific deadlines based on department needs and work with minimal supervision./liliMust be detail oriented with strong analytical and communication skills and can multi-task and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment./liliExtremely team-oriented with strong oral and written skills to convey information clearly and persuasively./li/ulpInfinity Natural Resources is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
