What You'll Be Doing Preparing and cooking menu items with precision and care. Leading by example to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen. Assisting with food prep and ensuring all ingredients are stocked and ready to go. Collaborating with the team to keep service running smoothly during busy shifts. Upholding food safety and sanitation standards. What We're Looking For At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well with a team. A passion for delivering high-quality food and attention to detail. The ability to handle the heat—literally!—and stay cool under pressure. A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
