Licensed Practical Nurse, Long Term Care — Gallup, NM. Start 09/01/2026 for 10 weeks. Weekly pay $879-$924 per week. Guaranteed hours 36 per week. Shift: 3x12 Night shifts (7:00 pm–7:30 am). Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility; Travel - Temporary Assignment.

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per physician orders; document administration and monitor for adverse reactions.
- Monitor residents’ health status, assess changes, and report to the supervising RN promptly.
- Assist with activities of daily living, personal care, and comfort measures; support mobility and positioning to prevent complications.
- Perform routine nursing tasks within scope, including vital signs, wound care, and documentation of care plans and progress notes.
- Support nutrition and hydration needs; observe intake and document concerns or changes.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement care plans and communicate with residents’ families as appropriate.

Requirements
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Mexico and in good standing
- CPR/BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of licensed practical nursing experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
- Ability to work night shifts (7:00 pm–7:30 am) in a skilled nursing environment
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Ability to pass background and health screenings as part of the credentialing process
