Food Plant Maintenance Leader: Proactive Uptime

Golden Cannoli is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to own equipment reliability on the plant floor. You will lead a maintenance team, collaborate with Production, Quality, Sanitation, and Warehouse, and drive a proactive maintenance culture to reduce downtime. You will oversee preventive maintenance, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure compliance with GMP/SQF/OSHA standards while aiming to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and uptime across packaging, boilers, and #J-18808-Ljbffr Golden Cannoli
