As a Lead Technical Program Manager within the Corporate Technology AI Infrastructure Platforms Team, you will drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs that will help reaching business goals across the firm. As a subject matter expert, you will contribute to the development of operational plans and risk management strategies, ensuring the highest quality and professionalism in service delivery.Job Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutionsUses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis (e.g., consolidating inputs into integrated plans, RAID, and executive-ready updates), validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements. Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentumCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goalsUtilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectivenessChampion agile delivery practices and continuous improvement, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the teamPromotes reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance and reporting, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organizationDemonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support program management workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity. Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations. Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clientsProven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environmentDemonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple competing priorities and drive projects to completionAbility to work in a team oriented environment often cross functionalExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence others internally and externallyDemonstrated experience driving overall strategy and teams across organizationsThis position is subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
