Position Overview M Booth is looking for a social-first, conceptual Senior Creative Copywriter to join our dedicated Creative Team supporting the Google account. This is a role for a writer's writer—a pure creative who lives for the craft of words, voice, and narrative rhythm. Housed within our Creative Department alongside art directors, designers, and animators, this role is focused on pure, human-centric storytelling. We want a copywriter who thrives on partnering with an art director to unearth cultural insights and translate them into organic, platform-native scripts that make a viewer stop, laugh, or learn. This is a role for an active maker and visual storyteller who crafts distinct, nuanced brand narratives. In this role, you will be the editorial voice across our clients. You will concept, write, and execute social-first content across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn), translate complex brand strategies into native platform dialogue, and brainstorm bold social campaigns. At M Booth, our copywriters on the Creative Team are makers and conceptors. You will work side-by-side with art directors and motion animators to design visual-first stories. Responsibilities Social-First Video Scriptwriting: Concept and write visual, high-retention video scripts for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You understand how to write for the ear—crafting voiceover dialogue, text-on-screen hooks, pacing, and visual cues that creator or influencer talent can easily bring to life. Tone & Voice Strategy: Effortlessly pivot brand voices to fit existing strategies. You can write in a highly sophisticated, polished tone one hour, and transition into scrappy, native, community-led banter the next. Creative Brainstorming & Ideation: Partner with art directors, strategists, and creative directors. Caption & Editorial Writing: Write scroll-stopping headlines, highly engaging organic social scripts, and reactive brand comments that drive cultural relevance.
