Compensation Package Salary: Up to $85,000 annually, based on experience. Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package provided. Equipment: Company-provided equipment for remote employees. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of small to mid-market commercial accounts. Handle renewals, marketing, and new business quoting. Collaborate with assistants and account managers to ensure seamless service delivery. Utilize AMS360 software for account management and documentation. Maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, with a focus on commercial lines. Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred. Soft Skills: Self-starter with a "go-getter" attitude. Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
