Job OverviewRequirement/Must Have:12+ years in backend engineering (Java, Spring Boot, NodeJS, REST, microservices).Expertise in AWS cloud, Kubernetes/Docker containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.Proficient with databases (Postgres, MySQL), Kafka streaming, and observability tools.Proven leadership in agile teams with mentoring experience.Skilled in managing technical dependencies, vendors, and cross-team collaboration.Responsibilities:Lead design and scaling of Java, Spring Boot, NodeJS, and microservices applications.Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS with strong focus on CI/CD, DevOps, and automation.Ensure system performance, reliability, observability, and manage vendor integrations.Mentor engineers, enforce code quality, and promote best practices.Align technical execution with product roadmaps and business goals.Nice to Have:Experience in FinTech, Auto Finance, or regulated industries.Familiarity with ML/LLM production integration.Involvement in product backlog and release planning.
