Overview Psychologist 2 – Located at Fort Bragg in Fayetteville, NC. The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center seeks research track faculty to join our Trauma Program. This position is funded by an existing DoD grant and requires the applicant to live near Fayetteville, NC. Successful candidates will have a strong record of clinical experience with PTSD, military servicemembers, and veterans, as well as experience in developing, leading or substantially contributing to research, education, and clinical programs. Responsibilities Advance an externally funded program of research; publish in high quality peer‑reviewed journals. Mentor trainees across levels of academic development; participate in division, department, college and university committees and initiatives. Contribute to clinical service delivery within the Trauma Program and related divisions. Provide short‑term individual psychotherapy; diagnostic assessment; maintain ethical clinical records; plan and present workshops; contribute to research activities. Collaborate with DoD partners and engage in education and clinical program development. Other related duties as required. Minimum Qualifications PhD or PsyD; advanced clinical degree (Psychiatry or Clinical Psychology) from an accredited program with suitable licensure pathway in North Carolina. Experience with PTSD, military populations, trauma‑focused therapies; familiarity with randomized clinical trials and intervention/efficacy research encouraged.
