Your Role & Responsibilities: As a Client Onboarding Coordinator , you will: Oversee the completion of applications and account-opening paperwork for insurance and investment products. Collaborate with team members to address client inquiries, manage money movement, and coordinate underwriting processes. Proactively manage the underwriting process for insurance applications. Track and manage tasks using our CRM and other tools to ensure deadlines are met. Provide direct support to Advisors and Associate Advisors, enabling them to focus on delivering exceptional service to clients. Required Qualifications: Ability to obtain Life and Health Insurance License within 60 days. Ability to obtain SIE, Series 7, and Series 63. Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills. A proactive, team-oriented mentality.
