Product Marketing Manager

Stampli is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own how we bring several important growth areas to market: Direct Pay, Stampli Card, and our ERP ecosystems across SAP, Oracle Fusion, and Microsoft Dynamics, including Finance & Operations, Business Central, and GP.

This is a hands-on role for a marketer who can move from customer insight and product detail to a clear market point of view, then turn that strategy into launches, adoption programs, campaigns, and sales stories.

You’ll work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Solutions, and the broader Marketing team. You’ll help shape product decisions with market evidence, define how Stampli tells the story, and give customer-facing teams what they need to communicate the value clearly.

What You Will Do:

• Own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for Direct Pay and Stampli Card.
• Develop ERP-specific market strategies for SAP, Oracle Fusion, and the Microsoft Dynamics suite.
• Lead customer, competitive, and market research to understand buyer needs, buying triggers, objections, and opportunities.
• Turn product capabilities and financial workflows into clear, differentiated stories for finance and accounting teams.
• Lead launches and adoption programs from initial strategy through post-launch learning.
• Partner with Product to bring customer and market insight into roadmap, packaging, and commercialization decisions.
• Equip Sales and Customer Success with talk tracks, discovery guidance, competitive positioning, demos, FAQs, and customer proof.
• Partner with Demand Generation, Content, Digital, and Customer Marketing to bring product and ERP stories into campaigns.
• Build customer evidence through interviews, win/loss findings, usage insights, and success stories.
• Track portfolio performance and recommend where Stampli should invest, adjust its approach, or pursue new opportunities.

What You Will Bring:

• 2+ years of strong B2B SaaS product marketing experience, including ownership of a product line or portfolio.
• A track record of leading positioning, launches, adoption, and commercial enablement.
• Experience marketing technically detailed or workflow-driven products.
• The ability to turn customer research, market signals, product data, and sales feedback into a clear recommendation.
• The ability to listen closely to stakeholders, synthesize their ideas and feedback, and turn the strongest patterns into focused, repeatable programs.
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Strong commercial judgment and an understanding of how product marketing contributes to adoption, expansion, pipeline, and revenue.
• The ability to work across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing and move decisions forward without formal authority.
• A hands-on approach and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where every detail may not be settled.
