Deliver web solutions, including front-end User Interface (UI) and backend services. Select and implement custom modules, as necessary. Work closely with project team members and stakeholders to ensure an effective, visually appealing and intuitive implementation. Maintain and enhance a responsive website that meets Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accessibility guidelines. Analyze functional requirements and develop technical requirements. Apply appropriate technology as a solution to the business problem. Assist other team members in the creation of design documents and other related system documentation, and review and approve final technical design. Assign development tasks to team members and assist as needed. Provide CMS coding specifications and standards and validate code against those standards. Conduct code reviews and recommend changes. Conduct on-the-job training in PHP/CMS implementation for staff. Provide solution evaluation for new features, patches or bug fixes. Provide production maintenance and support, including troubleshooting. Provide knowledge transfer to staff; and Provide post-implementation maintenance and support. Minimum Qualifications Three years’ experience with coding and testing PHP. Three years’ experience with coding and testing HTML. Three years’ experience with configuring and managing an Acquia/Drupal CMS. Three years’ experience with gathering, documenting, and managing functional requirements and developing technical requirements; and Two years’ experience coding using responsive design. Preferred Qualifications Acquia Certified Developer – Drupal 9 or above. Experience coding using HTML5, Bootstrap, and Twig. Experience coding web pages that meet ADA accessibility guidelines. Experience working with SQL. Additional Information Work a 40-hour workweek during regular OSC business hours, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. ET Monday through Friday, excluding New York State holidays. The Consultant may occasionally be required to work more than the regular 40-hour work week and/or outside regular business hours to support the completion of critical project objectives.
