Customer Support Specialist $55000 - $60000 per year | Lino Lakes, MN | On-site | Permanent Well established engineering company seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist primary communication link between customers and our sales We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to serve as the primary communication link between customers and our internal Sales, Planning, Production, Quality, and Shipping teams. This role is responsible for managing customer relationships, coordinating orders, providing timely updates, and ensuring customer requirements are communicated accurately throughout the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate has experience supporting customers within a manufacturing environment, understands production and order fulfillment processes, and is comfortable working within an ERP system such as Epicor Kinetic. Job Details 5+ years of experience in customer service, customer support, order management, or inside sales within a manufacturing environment. Experience supporting customers in a manufacturing operation and understanding how customer orders move through planning, production, quality, and shipping. Strong understanding of the products, customers, and production processes associated with a manufacturing environment. Experience using an ERP system for customer/order management; Epicor Kinetic experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated experience with order entry, order tracking, order modifications, scheduling, or related order-management responsibilities. Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
