We’re looking for an energetic, positive, and detail-oriented Customer Service / Order Entry Representative to join a busy team where no two days are exactly alike! What You’ll Do Take inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers and clients Process orders and assistance with account management Provide professional customer support and answer questions Verify information and maintain accurate data Perform follow-ups and research assignments Route work and coordinate tasks with the appropriate teams Prepare and maintain reports Create, save, and mail letters and other correspondence Update orders with clear, detailed notes Collaborate with team members to keep projects moving Resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions Manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail What We’re Looking For Energetic and positive with a professional communication style Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment A strong communicator with excellent phone etiquette Detail-oriented and highly organized Self-motivated and dependable A quick learner who adapts easily to new processes and technology Comfortable multitasking and managing competing priorities Able to type 35+ WPM with accuracy Microsoft (Word, Excel & Outlook) Adobe Acrobat Why This Opportunity?
