Description
A well-established Workers' Compensation Defense firm is seeking an Associate who possesses a valid California law license with a minimum of 5 years of Workers' Compensation experience . This position offers a Partnership track .
The firm offers a professional and supportive work environment with reasonable work hours and the flexibility to work either in the office or remotely .
ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients at various Workers' Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB) locations.
Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients.
Advise clients on plans of action and case-handling recommendations.
Negotiate settlements for legal disputes.
Ensure compliance with applicable legal standards and regulations.

Current member of the California State Bar with no disciplinary actions.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workers' Compensation law .

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
