Role Description This full-time Case Manager role is an on-site position located Elkhart or South Bend, IN . The Case Manager will support attorneys by organizing case files, managing documentation, and maintaining accurate records across criminal and personal injury matters. Daily responsibilities include communicating with clients, scheduling appointments and court dates, tracking case progress, and coordinating with courts, medical providers, and other stakeholders. The role involves preparing and updating case summaries, assisting with discovery responses, and ensuring timely follow-up on all case-related tasks. The Case Manager will collaborate with the legal team to help ensure efficient case movement and consistent, professional client service. Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines. Effective written and verbal communication skills, including professional client interaction and clear documentation. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling legal documents, records, and data entry. Proficiency with office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, case management or CRM systems). Experience in a law firm, legal services, or case management setting, preferably in criminal or personal injury law. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and adhere to ethical and legal standards. Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, with sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.
