Minimum of 2–3 years of experience providing technical or educational technology support. Experience supporting LMS platforms (Canvas preferred) and educational technology tools. Experience working in a school or charter school environment is preferred. Demonstrated experience troubleshooting complex technical issues across multiple systems. This position serves as a key first responder for instructional technology support, helping oversee issues from initial help desk ticket through resolution while collaborating with instructional technology specialists and department leadership.
