South Dakota Licensed Customer Service Rep, this full-time remote position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by managing inquiries related to billing and insurance, while following company policies and exceeding performance metrics. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve complex billing and insurance inquiries Review financial information and recommend payment options in accordance with client guidelines Maintain accurate account documentation and adhere to company policies and procedures Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (i.e., GED) required Prior work experience in a call center and healthcare customer service setting is preferred Familiarity with medical billing and coding is preferred Ability to navigate multiple computer applications and databases Self-motivated and committed to career success
