Bilingual Receiving Clerk

Location: Bolingbrook, IL Pay: $18.00 $20.00/hour, based on experience Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Overtime: Some Saturdays may be required Total Staffing Solutions is hiring a Bilingual Receiving Clerk - English & Spanish for a busy logistics and distribution facility in Bolingbrook, IL. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, computer savvy, and experienced with warehouse receiving, inventory records, and data entry. Responsibilities Enter and update incoming shipment and container information. Accurately process receiving and shipping information in the WMS. Review receiving documents and verify information for accuracy. Maintain organized inbound/outbound paperwork and electronic records. Assist with inventory and shipment discrepancies. Communicate shipment and receiving updates to warehouse leadership. Verify information on the warehouse floor or dock when needed. Qualifications Previous receiving, warehouse clerical, inventory, or data-entry experience preferred. Strong computer and data-entry skills required. WMS or warehouse software experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to communicate effectively in English and Spanish. Previous 3PL or distribution center experience is a plus.
