Associate Attorney - Trade Secrets/Non-Compete (Remote, Colorado) Our client, a national law firm with 35 offices and more than 500 attorneys is currently seeking an Associate Attorney - Trade Secrets/Non-Compete for a remote opportunity in Colorado to work with our Employee Defection and Trade Secrets practice. Requirements:

5-8 years of restrictive covenant & trade secret litigation experience
Experience litigating restrictive covenant & trade secret matters, including motions for injunctive relief, motions for expedited discovery, deposition and discovery
Admitted to practice law in Colorado
Reside in the State of Colorado
Travel required

Base Salary: $175,000 - $250,000 Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid parental leave, 401(k), profit sharing, life insurance, long-term disability, and employee assistance program. Optional Benefits: Critical care, accident & hospital indemnity insurance, life insurance for dependents, student loan refinancing, and pet insurance.
