TR is 200,000 square foot, heavy manufacturing facility with a staff of 320 team members. Your responsibilities will include: Providing strategic financial guidance to support business objectives and growth initiatives Partnering with senior leaders to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and overcome obstacles to achieving business goals Leading budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cash flow management activities Delivering actionable insights through financial analysis, modeling, and performance reporting Driving compliance with GAAP, SOX, Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and corporate policies Leading revenue recognition, compliance, risk management, and financial controls Supporting contract and proposal evaluations, including financial risk assessments and business case analysis Overseeing financial reporting and coordinating audit requirements with internal and external stakeholders Providing ERP financial systems leadership and ensuring accurate accounting across business operations Building, coaching, and developing a high-performing finance team Championing continuous improvement initiatives that enhance business performance and operational efficiency What You Bring We are looking for a hands-on finance leader with strong business acumen and the desire to take on greater responsibility in a challenging and rewarding environment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline CPA, CMA, MBA, or other professional designation is considered an asset 10-15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting leadership roles 5-7 years of leadership experience managing finance teams Experience within manufacturing environments, ideally supporting both commercial and government business Strong understanding of financial planning, reporting, cost accounting, and internal controls Experience with long-term contract accounting, including EAC, POC, and ETC methodologies Knowledge of ASC 606, GAAP, SOX, CAS, and FAR requirements ERP experience, preferably Oracle or a similar platform Advanced financial analysis and financial modeling capabilities Excellent communication and business partnering skill Success Profile A strategic thinker who can translate financial data into business decisions A confident leader who enjoys influencing outcomes across multiple functions Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment Proactive, decisive, and solutions-oriented Passionate about continuous improvement and organizational growth Salary Salary: 180K-225K plus short-term and long-term incentives.
