Job Summary:
The Sterile Processing Tech is responsible for cleaning, sterilizing, and maintaining surgical instruments and medical equipment to support safe patient care. This role ensures all instruments meet regulatory standards and are ready for procedural use.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and sterilize instruments and surgical equipment according to established protocols.
• Inspect, assemble, and package instruments for safe use in procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sterilization cycles and inventory.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards.
• Assist with handling and storage of sterilized supplies.

Qualifications:

• Possess current certification or training in sterile processing or surgical technology.
• Demonstrate knowledge of sterilization methods and infection control procedures.
• Ability to operate sterilization equipment and related tools.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Maintain excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
