This critical role supports the EMS business and is a part of the Electronic Test division. This division is on a trajectory of growth and provides an opportunity to support a global organization.A Production Supervisor oversees a company's production operations. Ensure the manufacturing process remains smooth and efficient by organizing workflows and monitoring staff. The Production Supervisor directs, trains, and assists lower-level manufacturing and production workers.Job Duties:Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production personnel.Monitor production schedules and ensure attainment of output and quality goals.Maintain a safe work environment and enforce all safety policies and procedures.Train, coach, and develop employees to improve performance and skill levels.Conduct performance evaluations and address attendance, disciplinary, and performance issues.Manage staffing levels, work assignments, and overtime requirements.Monitor production metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement.Ensure compliance with company quality standards and manufacturing procedures.Investigate production issues and implement corrective actions.Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, and Warehouse departments to resolve operational challenges.Lead daily production meetings and communicate plant objectives to team members.Support lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.Control material usage and minimize waste and downtime.Requirements:High School Diploma Required/5+ years' experience in warehouse managementBA in Engineering or Management PreferredKnowledge of manufacturing tools and equipmentIT skills, especially using data analysis softwareExcellent organization, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skillsExcellent problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethicAbility to create and adhere to production processesAbility to write reports legibly and accuratelyRelevant training and certification in industrial production, engineering, or any related fieldProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.Company Benefits:We offer 401K Retirement plan with company match, Health/Medical Dental and Vision Insurance at 20% cost share, Disability insurance, Employee assistance program, Flexible spending account, Health savings account, Life insurance, Paid time off, Paid holidays, Referral bonus program, Profit Sharing Bonus plan, Employee Stock Purchase Plan (15% discount on company stock), Tuition reimbursement & more.Compensation will be commensurate with experienceInTest EMS designs and manufactures engineered solutions for ATE and other electronic test applications, as well as industrial process applications.
