Job Details Job Location: Florence Facility - Florence, SC 29501 Job Category: Engineering We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Engineering Clerk to support our engineering team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our engineering projects and is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong administrative and organizational skills to make a lasting impact in the industry. Engineering Clerk Responsibilities & Duties Assist in the preparation and maintenance of engineering project documentation and reports. Provide administrative support to the engineering team, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project files and databases. Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in the company's database. Provide general office support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence. SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED Experience in a similar administrative support role. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management. Ability to learn new computer systems & processes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to bend, stoop, sit, grasp with hands, feel texture with fingers, reach for items, cling, walk, twist, stand, and work at a desk for up to ten (10) hours per day up to six (6) days per week. Ability to see clearly with eyes to operate a computer and handle written communication via email and other items.
