What success looks like

In your first months, you’ll help cut scrap, tighten material usage, and elevate process capability. You’ll be the person teams call when a quality question pops up—translating data into clear recommendations and sustainable corrective actions.

Pay Range

$30.43 - $36.02

How you’ll make it happen

1. Proactive quality leadership: Lead problem-solving that reduces scrap and improves productivity; address daily quality concerns with confident, data-backed guidance.
2. Inspection mastery: Inspect and test products to defined parameters; verify specified dimensions; examine for cracks, pits, and incomplete welds.
3. System refinement: Assess testing, inspection, and operational procedures; build and revise quality control plans and systems.
4. Root cause to resolution: Investigate issues with Operations and Quality teams; collect data, analyze trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
5. Process control discipline: Partner with operations to ensure controls are in place and effective against standards.
6. Metrology stewardship: Maintain accurate, on-time inspection/calibration of monitoring and measuring equipment.
7. Containment you can count on: Identify, quarantine, and communicate non-conforming product immediately.
8. Capability building: Lead training in quality control and operations to lift team performance; perform other related duties as assigned.

What you’ll need

• Fluency with regulatory requirements and technical documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; standout organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Self-starter with a strong record of initiative and follow-through.
• Knowledge of plant and role-specific safety policies and procedures.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and SAP.
• Above-average math and reasoning; comfortable with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Experience with micrometers, dial indicators, calipers, OD tapes; mechanical testing competence.
• Ability to lift product, materials, and equipment as needed; ability to read and write English.
• High School diploma/GED plus proven manufacturing experience.
