Contract Type: W2 Only Duration: 6+ Months (Possible Extension) Location: Austin, TX (#LI-Hybrid) Pay Range: $25 - $30 per hour #LP Job Summary We are seeking a contractor for a 6-month period to provide critical support in Leave of Absence and Accommodations, addressing a significant increase in case volumes and the implementation of Automation within the Lifecycle Solutions team. This role is essential for maintaining operational excellence, ensuring adherence to SLAs, and facilitating the integration of Leave Pay to Payroll projects. The contractor will also enable current full-time employees to engage in cross-training and support complex areas such as Severance and other regions without compromising the delivery of our services. Key Responsibilities Manage complex Leave of Absence and Accommodations cases, ensuring effective interaction with stakeholders to reach determinations. Support the Leave of Absence team in streamlining processes and updating documentation to enhance operational efficiency. Work closely with third-party vendors and internal teams to coordinate leave/leave pay escalations within North American time zones. Assist in the Leave Pay to Payroll Integration project, including audit and sign-off of the Leave Pay Report within a 48-hour SLA. Enable cross-training opportunities for FTE team members by providing additional project work support in the Leave of Absence space.
